Returns & Refund Policy

Effective date: August 15, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 15, 2026

Summary. Capacitr sells digital subscriptions and digital trade credits. Because these products are delivered electronically and may be used immediately, they are generally non-refundable once purchased and delivered, except as required by law, as required by an app-store platform, or as expressly described below for limited technical or unauthorized-charge cases. Trading losses, market movement, gas fees, venue fees, and slippage are never refundable.

1. Who we are

This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Capacitr, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Capacitr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to paid products offered through the Capacitr mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), including:

This Policy supplements our Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms regarding refunds for subscriptions or trade credits, this Policy controls for that subject. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

Contact for billing and refund requests: support@capacitr.xyz.

2. Scope of this Policy

2.1 Covered purchases

This Policy covers payments you make to obtain:

2.2 Not covered (not refundable by Capacitr)

This Policy does not cover, and Capacitr does not refund:

Capacitr is not a bank, custodian, broker-dealer, or money transmitter with respect to your trading balances. Refunds under this Policy relate only to amounts paid to Capacitr for digital Service products described above.

3. Where you bought matters (platform rules)

How refunds are processed depends on the payment channel:

3.1 Apple App Store (iOS in-app purchases)

Subscriptions and trade credits purchased through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple as in-app purchases and billed to the payment method on your Apple Account. For those purchases:

3.2 Google Play (if offered)

If you purchase through Google Play, Google’s billing and refund rules apply to that purchase. Refund requests should be directed to Google through the Play Store tools. Capacitr may adjust access or unused credits if a platform refund is issued.

3.3 Purchases made directly with Capacitr

If we offer subscriptions or trade credits billed directly by Capacitr (for example card, ACH, Link, Stripe, or other merchant-of-record checkout on our website or web app), Sections 4–8 of this Policy apply, and refunds—if approved—are issued by Capacitr to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Nature of the product

A subscription is a license to access digital features of the Service for a defined period (for example monthly or annual). Access is typically provisioned immediately upon successful payment.

4.2 Cancellation

4.3 Default refund rule

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial periods, non-use, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with market outcomes, except:

4.4 No proration by default

Unless required by law or platform rules, or expressly offered by Capacitr in writing, we do not prorate or refund unused time remaining in a subscription period after cancellation.

4.5 Free trials and introductory pricing

If a free trial or introductory price is offered, the trial terms shown at checkout control. If you do not cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription, the paid fee is charged and is subject to this Policy. Abuse of trials (including repeated sign-ups to obtain multiple trials) may result in denial of service and denial of refunds.

5. Trade credits and other prepaid digital units

5.1 Nature of the product

“Trade credits” (and any similarly named prepaid units sold in the App) are digital, intangible, and consumable. They are not cash, not a stored-value account regulated as a bank deposit, not a security, and not redeemable for fiat except as a refund expressly approved under this Policy. Credits have value only for authorized use inside the Service.

5.2 Delivery

Credits are delivered electronically to your Capacitr account promptly after payment authorization. Delivery is complete when the credit balance is available for use in the Service, whether or not you immediately spend the credits.

5.3 Default refund rule

Purchases of trade credits are final and non-refundable once delivered, including if you:

5.4 Limited exceptions for unused credits

For purchases made directly with Capacitr (not App Store / Play Store), you may request a refund of the unused portion of a trade-credit purchase if all of the following are true:

  1. you request the refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date;
  2. the credits (or the specific pack) remain entirely unused—any consumption of credits from that purchase generally disqualifies a refund of that purchase;
  3. the request is not related to trading performance or market outcomes; and
  4. the purchase is not subject to a pending chargeback or suspected fraud review.

If approved, we will refund the purchase price attributable to the unused credits (less any non-refundable payment-network costs we cannot recover, if disclosed at the time of refund) and cancel the corresponding credit balance.

For App Store / Play Store credit purchases, platform refund rules control; see Section 3.

5.5 Expiration

Unless a shorter or longer period is clearly disclosed at the point of sale for a specific offer, unused trade credits do not expire solely due to the passage of time while your account remains in good standing. Capacitr may still suspend or forfeit credits for fraud, Terms violations, chargebacks, or account termination for cause. We may change future credit products prospectively with notice as described in the Terms.

6. Mandatory and standard exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, we will provide a refund or remedy when:

We may request government ID, purchase receipts, device/account details, and other information reasonably needed to prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent a refund determination.

7. How to request a refund

7.1 App Store / Play Store purchases

Use the store’s official refund tools first. You may still email us at support@capacitr.xyz so we can annotate your account, but Capacitr cannot force a platform refund.

7.2 Direct Capacitr purchases

Email support@capacitr.xyz with subject line “Refund request” and include:

We aim to acknowledge requests within one (1) business day and to issue a determination within five (5) business days after receiving complete information (complex fraud reviews may take longer). Approved refunds are typically posted to the original payment method within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank or card network. Capacitr’s submission of a refund is not a guarantee of the date funds appear on your statement.

8. Goodwill and discretionary adjustments

Capacitr may, in its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or service extension as a goodwill gesture. A discretionary accommodation in one case does not create a right or expectation of the same treatment in any other case.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a billing concern, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve it. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute:

Filing a chargeback for a purchase you authorized and received, without first contacting us, may be treated as a Terms violation.

10. Taxes

Displayed prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and the payment channel. If a refund is issued, any tax component is refunded only to the extent we actually receive a corresponding tax adjustment from the taxing authority or payment processor, and only as required by law.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted at https://capacitr.xyz/returns and, where appropriate, noticed in the App or by email. The version in effect at the time of a purchase governs that purchase, except where a change is required by law or platform rules to apply sooner.

12. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, consistent with our Terms. Dispute resolution provisions in the Terms (including arbitration and class-action waiver, where applicable) apply to disputes arising out of this Policy to the maximum extent permitted by law.
